This process releases heat that lasts for up to an hour.</p> <p><strong>ACTIVATION: <span class="caps">STEP 2</span></strong><br />Wrap the activated pack around the bottle.</p> <p><strong>ACTIVATION: <span class="caps">STEP 3</span></strong><br />Place the wrapped bottle into the pouch provided.
